Orchard Street sells Unit 1, Kingfisher Way, Hinchingbrooke Business Park, Huntingdon

Orchard Street Investment Management LLP (Orchard Street), the specialist commercial property investment manager, announces that it has sold a 50,757 sq ft industrial unit at Hinchingbrooke Business Park, Huntingdon to Dacre Property Holdings for £3.69 million.

The modern industrial property, on a 3.48 acre site on Kingfisher Way, is let to Kitchen Range Foods Limited on a 25 year lease, expiring in 2020. It is well located at junction 23 of the A14.

Commenting on the sale Anna Bradford, Asset Manager at Orchard Street, said:

"We believe now is the right time to exit and are pleased with the sale price achieved. This demonstrates the continued appetite in the UK market for well located and suitably equipped industrial units."
