UK GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (‘’UK GDPR’’)

The UK GDPR came into effect on 01 January 2021. It is based on the EU GDPR, which applied in the UK before this date, and sets out the key principles, rights, and obligations for most processing of personal data in the UK.

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data only includes information relating to natural persons (human beings) who can be identified or who are identifiable, directly from the information in the question, or who can be indirectly identified from that information in combination with other information.

An individual is identifiable if you can distinguish them from other individuals in isolation or if combined with other information. Relevant information can include an individual’s name, date of birth, contact details, or home address.

When you email us, we will use your name and email address for the purpose of responding to your query, but we will not share your email address or any personal details that you have supplied with any third parties without your consent.
