Orchard Street letting to Regus at Pinnacle, Crawley

Orchard Street Investment Management, the specialist commercial property investment manager, acting on behalf of St James’s Place wealth management has completed the letting of the top two floors of Pinnacle in Crawley.

The global workspace provider Regus has increased its offer in Crawley Town Centre by agreeing a lease over 11,000 sq ft. Pinnacle's prime town centre location opposite the main railway station was a key factor in the decision.

Crawley has had a good run of demand so far this year and the lettings agents, Stiles Harold Williams and Colliers International are confident that further lettings will follow soon. The remaining three floors (5,550 to 17,685 sq ft) in the Grade A air conditioned building are being marketed.

Orchard Street Investment Management’s Richard Walters commented as follows:
