Orchard Street fully lets the Pinnacle in Crawley

Orchard Street Investment Management, the specialist commercial property investment manager, on behalf of St James’s Place wealth management, announces that it has signed two further lettings resulting in the Pinnacle being fully let.

Rapidata, a data administration company, has taken the entire 5,550 sq ft ground floor on a new 10 year lease and Niagara Healthcare, a manufacturer of healthcare products, will occupy the 6,080 sq ft first floor, also on a 10 year lease.

Pinnacle is situated in a prime town centre location opposite the main railway station and is a popular building for tenants seeking well-located, modern office space. These transactions underline the resurgence in Crawley’s office market that has occurred in the past two years. In 2013, take up of office space in Crawley stood at 280,000 sq ft and in 2014 take up is already 140,000 sq ft compared with the five year average of 158,000 sq ft.
