Letting to Peacocks at Clifton Moor

Orchard Street Investment Management LLP, a leading UK specialist commercial property investment manager, announces today that it has successfully let 10,000 sq ft to Peacocks at Phase II, Clifton Moor Retail Park in York.

Leading value fashion retailer Peacocks, have taken a 10 year lease on the mid terrace store. Phase II, Clifton Moor comprises 190,000 sq ft of open A1 retail use consent.
