Disposal of Royal Avenue House, 35-41 Kings Road, London

Orchard Street Investment Management LLP, a leading UK specialist commercial property investment manager, announces that it has completed the sale, on behalf of one of its pension fund clients, of Royal Avenue House 35-41 Kings Road London SW3 for just over £30m to Ignis UK Property Fund. The price equates to a property net initial yield of 4.69%. The 14,249sq ft prime island site of four shops is let to Monsoon, H Samuel, Hawes & Curtis and Sole Trader.
