Centro Trading Estate in Hemel Hempstead is now Fully let!

We are pleased to announce that we have fully let our Centro Trading Estate in Hemel Hempstead, following a 16,000 sq ft letting signed with @HEL, the global developer and manufacturer of laboratory tools, who have agreed a 15-year lease and will use the space as its new global headquarters. This letting follows a comprehensive refurbishment of the unit, with sustainability upgrades including the installation of LED lighting, a VRF heat pump, and PV solar panels expected to save 14 tonnes of carbon per year.
